Deb Serino, President
Debbie Serino, Unit 8, is the President of the Association.
For her paying job, Deb works in the investment industry as an Executive Director with Oppenheimer & Co, selling municipal bonds to institutional investors. She lives in Wakefield, MA with her partner, Jean Zaremba.
Deb loves all sports- games and competition of any type- and currently plays volleyball and is a member of the York Golf & Tennis Club. Until recently, she was a part-time blackjack and novelty games dealer at the new Encore Casino in Boston.
When she isn’t at Compass Pointe, you will likely find her down the street at Moody Beach, or at Hooks for happy hour with any and all owners and Board members who will come along.

John Miller, Treasurer
John Miller is the Treasurer of CPCCA. He has held this position since 2017. He works for AEW Capital Management where he is a Director and Retail Sector Leader. John is a graduate of Suffolk University (MBA) and Bentley University (Bachelor/Finance). He lives in Massachusetts with his wife Miriam and two daughters.
